We have reviewed many IVG e-liquids over the years, and they have always been consistently good, so it makes sense that they would want to make sure that as many people can get to try their flavours in the easiest way possible. I don’t know about you, but I really struggle when I’m buying my own e-liquids, I can easily stand in front of the counter at my local vape shop deliberating the flavour options, chopping and changing my mind and generally working myself up into a state of general confusion. So what if there was a way to buy a single disposable that comes with multiple flavours. Crazy, right? Well no, that is exactly what IVG have done with their latest IVG 2400 range of disposables, one device with four fantastic flavours.
Now I have to say, I have tried a similar device before, but it came with four of the same flavour pods which seemed like a huge missed opportunity, I like flavour and I get bored easily, so I don’t necessarily want a bunch of pods that all taste the same. But I also don’t want a load of random flavours which might not play well together, and this is where IVG have really excelled themselves, as each IVG 2400 kit comes with four themed flavours which in theory should really complement each other as you switch between them. I was sent a huge selection to try, and when I was reading through the menus, I don’t think I came across one flavour which looked out of place.
Unboxing and Specs
The IVG 2400 comes in a regular box with a very strong seal at each end. I really had to fight to get some of them open, the seals were so strong. Once you do manage to set the kit free, you will find the main kit in a regular tear to open disposables packet and four foil sealed pod cartridges.
Then you simply pull off the top cap to access the cartridge chamber, and you drop each flavour into its slot (contacts down). The outside will have the flavour name printed so you know where they should go, but if you really want to live dangerously, you could just randomly drop them in for a bit of Russian disposables roulette, but I wouldn’t recommend that.
Once you have loaded everything up, all you need to do is replace the top cap, pull off the sticker from the bottom, pull out the rubber bung from the mouthpiece, and you are ready to vape. There are two arrows, one at the top and one at the bottom, which need to be lined up together so the pod will make contact.
When you want to swap flavour, pull the bottom half of the device and twist to line the arrow up with the corresponding number on the top half. You will also need to twist the top so that arror also lines up. It couldn’t be any easier, and even better, there is absolutely no mess to deal with.

The Flavours
There are a mind-blowing 47 different IVG 2400 kits available so finding combinations that you like should not be a problem. Thankfully IVG didn’t send every variant, but I still have enough to break this down into two separate reviews, so keep your eyes peeled for the second part which will be coming soon. This time I am looking at the first eleven, but that is still a massive 44 flavours to get through. There will be a few duplicate flavours, but I was surprised just how rarely I came across them. IVG have been making e-liquid for a long time now, so I guess they have a large stable to choose from.
Coffee Edition
Hazel Espresso – Strong and sweet, coffee with a nutty undertone. I don’t drink sweet coffee so it wasn’t quite to my taste, but if you like a bit of sugar, you will probably enjoy it more.
Coconut Coffee Cream – Milder coffee with a creamy coconut hit which lingers. The Coconut is quite heavy and makes an interesting combination.
Velvet Vanilla Coffee – Straight up sweet coffee, it is smooth and creamy.
Caramel Coffee – Lovely rich caramel, with the coffee coming up behind. This was my favourite from this selection.
I am not a big fan of coffee flavours; they can be a bit marmite. I can’t say I would choose to vape these again, but if you like really sweet comfort coffee, you might get on better here.
Plum Edition
Plum Blue Razz – This is a traditional blue raspberry but with a richer undercurrent which really makes for a delicious combination. Serious amounts of juiciness.
Plum Cherry – It is plum, and it is cherry! This is a perfect pairing if you like darker, more seductive flavours.
Plum Raspberry – Lighter than the previous flavour, but just as juicy. Raspberry with a twist which works really well.
Plum Pomegranate – Ooh this really nice, it has the rich plum but with a sharp yet sweet tang to it. This is an unusual combination, but it really works.
Plum is a massively underrated flavour, and these four show that it can also be really versatile when mixed with other fruits.
Pineapple Edition
Pineapple Ice – Sweet pineapple without the throat hit that often comes with this flavour. The ice freshens things up well.
Pineapple Peach Mango – Very sweet but surprisingly not too sickly. You can taste all the fruits equally, there is some good flavour balancing going on.
Pineapple Passionfruit – Wonderfully tropical and a welcome change after the super sweetness of the last flavour. Good choice including them both.
Pineapple Banana Strawberry – The banana is the strongest flavour, and the strawberry makes it taste more like a fruit smoothie. Very sweet but full of flavour.
I was concerned that a full selection of pineapple flavours might have a bit too much of a kick to it, but the base flavour is lush and sweet and is a great start to the complimenting flavour combinations.
Fruits Edition
Blueberry – A decently strong blueberry, more a candied fruit than the real berry.
Grape – This almost tastes sour after the blueberry, another good flavour in the mix to make things interesting.
Watermelon – Very strong but refreshing. It is very clean tasting but has a floral hint to it.
Mango – Tropical and smooth, this is a great mango flavour which I would be happy to vape on its own.
This is a great selection of straight up fruits, each being very different from the last which makes this a good choice if you like to mix things up.
Cherry Edition
Fizzy Cherry – Rich syrupy cherry with an interesting sparkle. It isn’t actually fizzy, but the flavour blend creates the illusion of fizz.
Blue Razz Cherry – A fragrant take on blue raspberry, with a refreshingly deep aftertaste.
Lemon Cherry Ice – Very strong zesty lemon ice with a richer under flavour thanks to the cherry.
Cherry Peach Lemonade – The cherry and peach compliment each other really nicely and then you get hit of juicy lemonade.
It is no secret that I love cherry, so this was always going to be a winner. It didn’t disappoint!
Red Edition
Plum Cherry – Our first duplicate, luckily it is one of the flavours so I don’t think anyone would be sad to get this one again.
Fizzy Cherry – mm déjà vu! It still tastes as good second time around though.
Strawberry Watermelon Fusion – That watermelon is very strong but is tempered by the sweeter strawberry. These are two flavours which historically go well together so it is a no brainer.
Red Apple Ice – Initially it has a bit of a chemical taste, but once that subsides, you are left with a crisp fresh apple with just a hint of ice.
This is a bit of a greatest hits from the full collection which will suit any fruit lover well.
Summer Edition
Citrus Mix – A really nice blend of several citrus flavours which come through clear and distinguishable. I particularly like the mandarin hints.
Cola Lime – I expected more cola, but the lime is the star performer with the cola finishing it off with just a touch of ice.
Strawberry Watermelon Fusion – see above! It is good to know that the flavours are consistent across different devices.
Blue Raspberry Ice – Finally a straight blue raspberry, and it is a good one. The raspberry is very good with a nice depth.
There are some classic summer flavours here designed to keep you refreshed whilst enjoying oodles of flavour.
Special Edition
Lemon and Lime – Big on flavour but it still feels well blended with both fruits proportionately mixed.
Pineapple Ice – A cross over from the Pineapple Edition.
Blue Raspberry Ice – That classic summer flavour strikes again!
Fizzy Cherry – Another greatest hit which we have seen twice so far. I don’t think I could get bored of it though.
This is another greatest hits mix, taking favourites from other editions. Another well curated selection.
Yellow Edition
Tropical Fruits – Normally I am not impressed with generic flavours, but this has a lot of layers which build up to make a really pleasant blend.
Pineapple Ice – A third appearance from this great flavour. The more I vape it, the more I like it though.
Fresh Mint Menthol Mojito – The name is a bit of a mouthful, but the flavour pulls together a lot better. It wasn’t as cold as I thought it might be which works for my taste but if you want a really cold hit, it might not be quite what you expect.
Lemon and Lime – We have already had this flavour, but coming off the back of the mojito really adds an extra level of enjoyment.
Yellow edition has become one of my favourite selections so far, each flavour seems to add something to the next one really well.
Pink Edition
Strawberry Ice – An artificial strawberry, not unpleasant but also not fresh if that is more your style. The ice is very mild.
Strawberry Watermelon – I am not sure if there is a difference between this and the fusion version, I can’t say I could taste much difference.
Strawberry Mint Menthol Mojito – I preferred the straight mint menthol mojito, the strawberry adds a sweeter note which, for me, didn’t work as well.
Watermelon Ice – I thought we had already been here, but no, it is a debut for this one. I think I preferred it to the iced version; it feels smoother somehow.
I don’t think I’d personally go for this one if I were to go shopping myself, I am not sure the strawberry is distinct enough to carry a range of other flavours.
Juicy Edition
Pomegranate Pear Lemon - There is something here which reminds me of incense, but I can’t quite put my finger on what it is. Strange flavour, but oddly moreish.
Strawberry Raspberry Ice – After being underwhelmed by the strawberry previously, this one works better. I think the raspberry is strong enough to carry most flavours.
Blueberry Cherry Cranberry – This is another interesting mix which works surprisingly well with each flavour coming through well.
Orange Brew – This is a good orange, sweet and juicy with the right amount of ice. I would be happy to crack open a can of pop if it tasted like this.
This one is a mixed bag, I really liked half, but the other two flavours weren’t right for me. It is all personal taste though.
Final Thoughts
There are some great flavours here, and even the ones that didn’t suit me so much are still good, just not for me. With this many flavours, there are bound to be some hits and some misses no matter what your tastes are. The actual IVG 2400 kit is very easy to use and looks pretty good too. I do have to address the elephant in the room though. With the spotlight firmly on disposables, I don’t get why they couldn’t have made this rechargeable. 1750mAh is a large capacity battery and it is really wasteful making this a single use item. It is not like burnt coils will be a problem as each flavour pod has its own coil. I think it would make much more sense to make it rechargeable and then sell replacement prefilled pods as an option.
Having said that, when I was out taking photos, some bloke came over to see what I was doing. I explained that I am a vaping reviewer and we got chatting. He said he personally used the IVG 2400 and loved them. He had been using smaller 2ml disposables from one of the main well-known brands until he found these as he was sick of them running out of charge and juice so quickly. He reckoned these lasted longer in general and he preferred the taste too. Nothing beats real world feedback, so I thought it was worth sharing what an actual person had to say about living with the IVG 2400. I’d say that is a ringing endorsement.
If you want to give the IVG 2400 a try, you can order them direct from IVG for £12.99 each. We will be checking out another huge batch of the flavours shortly so don’t forget to keep an eye out for part 2 of this review!
Many thanks to IVG for sending the IVG 2400 disposable range in for review.
