Blow! Shortfills by Vape Superstore
When Vape Superstore got in touch to ask if we’d like some Blow!, I thought to myself, I didn’t think we were that sort of website. But I’ve never been one to shy away from a bit of fun, so I willingly volunteered and a few days later, and a box dropped through my door. I guess I must have jumped to the wrong conclusions as this package didn’t contain anything illicit or illegal at all, but it did contain six bottles of rather tasty e-liquid!
Vape Superstore have been around since 2015, which in my head is only a few years ago but is in reality eight years ago now, and in that time, they have got a pretty good handle on what vapers want. They have built up a solid reputation as a go to store for anyone who wants great quality and a good selection. If they stock it, you can rest assured that you will be getting the good stuff.
This brings us nicely on to the Blow! range of shortfills, their own inhouse line of juice. Now if you look at the brands they stock, you will see all the big names listed, so there would be no point staking their good name on a lesser product. Blow! Is big on flavour and can definitely compete with the big boys as we will be finding out as we explore the full range.
Each bottle contains 100ml of 70vg/30pg 0mg e-liquid ready for you to pop the cap and add your nicotine (which is included in the price, always a nice touch). I did struggle a little to get the tops off though, even with my shortfill lid removal tool, I still had to fight my way in. On the flip side though, at least you know you have securely put things back together when you click the lid back on!
Design wise, things are clean and clear with very little clutter. Each flavour has its own colour which is handy when you wake up and realise you need to top up your tank but can’t be bothered to put your glasses on first! The labels tell you all you need to know, and that is the main thing.
The Flavours
There are six flavours in the Blow! Range so far, and it seems that they are trying to go head to head with the disposable market as there are a lot of crossovers. This is definitely a good thing, anything that can encourage people to make a more sustainable choice is always going to be a plus in my book. Not only that, disposables are so popular because, let’s be honest, they taste lush, so if we want vaping as we know it to survive and thrive, the flavours in more traditional format e-liquid need to step up to the plate. Thankfully Blow! manages to do this very well with thick, saturated flavour in abundance.
Blue Raspberry Lemonade

If you have followed any of my previous reviews, you will know that I don’t really get blue raspberry, it just isn’t a flavour that does anything for me, and it has a tendency to burn for some reason, so pulling this bottle out first, didn’t set my mood up well. But I am always happy to admit when I am wrong, and I was very wrong to dismiss this before I’d tried it as it is possibly the best blue raspberry type flavour I’ve tried. It is sweet and rich but somehow manages to be gentle on the coils too. It has a thick berry taste which is lifted beautifully by the lemonade. I think I can safely say that I have changed my mind on Blue raspberry, I still stand by my initial assessment that most are a bit pants, but every now and again, a good one comes along to show how it should be done.
Strawberry Watermelon Slush

Now watermelon is the opposite of blue razz flavours, I love any kind of melon e-liquids, it is just a flavour that works. This one is a deliciously strong one too, it has a surprising punch considering it is also quite mellow and delicate, quite the juxtaposition! Strawberry is the perfect partner; the sweet berry really draws out the honeyed sweetness from the watermelon. It is a very easy going flavour which is a perfect all day vape, especially on a sunny day.
Pink Lemonade

More lemonade, this time more of a straight affair though. The lemonade definitely hits first with a punch yet sweet citrus flavour. It is almost a candy lemon flavour which reminded me of starburst lemons. If you are looking for authentic fruit flavours, this may not be for you. Having a sweet tooth, I was more than happy with this take on lemonade, and the summer berries worked well to boost up the sweetness nicely. It is almost a sherbet straws flavour, and it definitely smells like them too.
Strawberry Banana

OK, I’m going to disagree with the official description, there is little fresh or ripe here, to me this is a fantastic foam banana mixed with candy strawberries. Once again, if you are looking for realism, look elsewhere, but if you just wany a delicious bottle of juice, I can’t recommend this one more. It was an instant favourite, and I was gutted when I realised I had polished off the whole bottle!
Apple Raspberry Kiwi

Kiwi has become another flavour that I tend to roll my eyes at, mostly because there seems to be a trend in disposables to pair it with guava which to my tastes just doesn’t work that well. But this is a much better combination, and to be fair, the apple and raspberry so the heavy lifting with the kiwi just there in the background lurking and being mysteriously interesting. The apple and raspberry are front and centre in equal measure, and they are perfect partners in crime.
Blackcurrant Lemonade Iced

Yet another twist on lemonade, but it’s a good one! In fairness, they all have been, it seems to be Blow!’s secret weapon, and they use it to great effect. The blackcurrant is juicy and rich, and it makes me feel quite nostalgic. Whilst you can still buy that popular brand of blackcurrant squash, it just hasn’t been the same since the war on sugar took hold. This tastes like the real stuff. The lemonade once again acts as a bit of light relief, counterbalancing the heaviness of the berry flavour. Top it off with a healthy helping of ice, and you have a classic combination.
Final Thoughts
It isn’t often that I get a range in where every flavour is as good as the next, but Blow! Is one of rare exceptions. I can honestly say I really enjoyed each and every recipe, they are just great combinations which also pack a punch in the taste department. For someone like me who struggles with salts, it is easy to feel a bit left out as disposables and nicsalts seem to get all the flavour, but Blow! Shows that shortfills can still manage to keep up in that department.
