Geek Bar believes its novel KA1 mesh coil technology provides extra vapour and a more consistent, mellower flavour. The “silky smooth experience is very different from the rough sensation associated with tobacco products and this may encourage more smokers to kick the habit and switch to vapes.”
The E600 already shares the new, soft mouthpiece seen in more sophisticated Geek Bar products while being cheaper to buy at a recommended retail price of £4.99 – although this is costly when compared to long term use of more advanced DIY vape products.
The lower entry price point appears to persuade people to adopt disposable vaping as an alternative to smoking tobacco, particularly at a time when incomes are being squeezed.
Newly designed packaging introduced by Geek Bar features a more visible age restriction warning against sale to minors. To combat counterfeiting, the re-design also incorporates a prominent security code which retailers and consumers can use to check the authenticity of the product and ensure they are not buying a fake product.
The E600 is one of a number of upgraded vape devices available from Geek Bar following approval from the Medicines Healthcare regulatory Agency (MHRA).
Geek Bar says it is “lightweight and compact while offering 600 puffs per device, they suit on-the-go vaping and are prefilled with 20mg of nicotine as well as up to 2ml of e-liquid. They are designed for mouth-to-lung vapers in particular, who want to replicate the experience of smoking through a consistent throat hit.”
The E600 range comes in up to 20 flavours, “offering more choices for consumers whatever the mood or situation”: fresh strawberry, strawberry kiwi, blueberry raspberry, blueberry, blueberry pomegranate, mixed berries ice, peach blue bomb, watermelon, apple peach pear, kiwi passion guava, grape, fuji melon, white peach razz, pink lemonade, pure shake , apple peach, blue razz lemonade, cola, jungle juice, fresh mint.
Geek Bar is still to announce plans for sustainability and the recycling of its products.
