Innokin Endura T22

Much in the vein of the Innokin Endura T18 we recently reviewed, the Innokin Endura T22 is a simple 1 button operation unit with a 14w fixed power output aimed at beginners, that offers easy filling and ease of use.

Unlike the Endura T18, the Endura T22 comes in a box rather than tube shaped unit, with a real battery capacity of 2000mAh that is recharged via micro USB. It has a 4ml capacity top filling tank with 1.5ohm coils wicked with Japanese Cotton for great flavour and vapour. The Endura T22 is primarily aimed at mouth to lung vapers.

Let's have a look at what the Endura T22 has to offer.

Innokin Endura T22 Kit

The Innokin Endura T22 Kit is made up of the Prism T22 tank featuring and easy twist and top fill system, 1.5ohm coils wicked with Japanese Cotton and optimized for the fixed 14W power output of the Endura’s 2000 mAh real battery capacity. You will also find a replacement coil head, micro USB charging cable, user manual with important safety information, spare O-Ring seals for the tank, and a scratch off authenticity code so you can ensure you have purchased the real deal. This all comes packaged in an attractive Innokin gift box.

The Endura battery offers a fixed 14W power output with 2000mAh of real battery capacity, and it handles coil resistance down to 1.2ohm. The Prism tank is constructed of Pyrex Glass and Stainless Steel, is filled from the top, has fixed airflow and easily replaceable 1.5ohm coil heads. The Endura T22 Kit is available in three different colour schemes at present.

How to use the Innokin Endura T22

First things first you will need to fill your Prism tank with juice, which is done via twisting off the top cap and filling with your chosen liquid to the side of the coil and not onto or in the coil head itself. You will need to let the juice sit in the tank for around 5 minutes before using it, to allow the coil to become fully ‘primed’, this means it has absorbed enough juice to be useable. This also helps extend the lifespan of your coil and reduces the chance of nasty burnt hits. You should use a juice with a Vegetable Glycerin (VG) content of 70% or less.

You only need to hit the power button to use this kit, there is only the power button there, 5 clicks of the power button will also turn the Endura T22 on and off. If you need to change your coil, simply unscrew the top cap, slide the old coil out and the new one in. It's quick and easy and you shouldn't end up covered in juice either!

Battery charging is done via micro USB, plug your charger into a safe power source, and into the battery via the micro USB port.

Innokin Endura T22 Performance

The Endura T22 Kit is primarily aimed at mouth to lung vapers, whereby you inhale vapour into your mouth then into your lungs. Power output is fixed at 14W and the airflow is also fixed and non adjustable too, and this is all optimized for a perfect mouth to lung vape. As with the Endura T18 it's a very flavoursome vape, and Innokin are known for offering really flavoursome vapes with their more advanced tanks, there's no difference here. Just because it is a starter kit doesn't mean they have compromised on performance!

Safety features such as a 10 second cut off, which prevents the battery from continuously firing when accidentally pressed, overcharge protection, low battery voltage protection and low resistance protection, which means that you won’t be able to fire a coil with a resistance lower than 1.2ohm, are all built into the Endura battery for your safety.

Battery life is very good from the Endura battery, it sports a 2000 mAh battery which will easily last you a whole day and most of the next day too. Charging is pretty quick and simple, the micro USB charging slot is found at the base of the battery and you simply plug in the supplied USB cable to charge. Really convenient for usage on the move!

Conclusion

As with the Endura T18, the Endura T22 offers one of the very best starter kit experiences yet. The flavour from the Endura T22 kit is really superb and for me rates as the best yet from a starter kit. It offers real ease of use along with great coil lifespan, and as with the T18 I definitely feel you are far more likely to keep off the cigarettes for good with a kit like this rather than a ‘cigalike’ or cheap corner shop kit. This does offer advanced performance in a beginners kit, with no need to fiddle around with rebuilding coils or adjusting power settings. The power is fixed as well as the airflow so simply push a button to use it!

There's little to differentiate between the Endura T18 and T22, however the Endura T22, aside from its box style appearance, has double the battery lifespan. It's simple, user friendly and offers great flavour performance. I only wish starter kits were this good when I began vaping!

We have two T18's and one T22 kit to giveaway thanks to the team at Innokin, to enter just visit our vaping competions.
