I cannot decide whether I prefer this or the PA Honey. It’s a good flavour, sweeter than the PA alternative and with a smoother honey flavour. The PA is harder and flatter on honey and more ‘in yer face’. There are benefits to both and this is the more forgiving and less fierce of the two and maybe simpler to mix with.

Use as a mixing ingredient
In comparison to the PA honey, I would use this where other flavours in the mix maybe delicate or subtle. If I want a strong honey note as a secondary flavour to another strong flavour, I would use PA’s alternative
