Review
I mixed and steeped several of these renowned (in US vaping circles) flavours simultaneously. Mom & Pop e liquids have been around a little while and gained a great reputation. The concentrates are a relatively new innovation by them and are recommended to be mixed (by them) at 20%.
First of all, if you are used to mixing tobacco concentrates at somewhere between 2% and 5%, the 20% recommendation is not an error. All the flavours I mixed tasted great at this concentration: there were no ‘bad’ flavours. These taste like there’s steeped tobacco in the concentrate and the final flavours are quite complex.
Yo! Most Menthol flavours are OTT – there’s a disgusting tobacco base over which some ape throws far too much vicious menthol. The result usually tastes nothing like a menthol cigarette at all and sears your nasal passage like an overdose of menthol vapour rub. Happily this isn’t like that at all. The made up juice doesn’t have that awful menthol dominance. On vape this tastes the most like an analogue menthol cigarette of any vape I have had to date. The menthol’s there but so is the tobacco and the blend works really very well. It is so well balanced that at lower power settings the menthol’s just about there and at higher ones you can get that “cool mountain stream - to -. Arctic blast” if you want it. I have to say that this works really well – in fact this works better (to my individual taste) than the Mom and Pop American Blend.
If you want a really good menthol cigarette flavour e liquid concentrate I’d have to recommend this one.
