Review
At 2% I got a hint of a whisper of a vagueness of flavour. At 3.8% it was vaguely Apric-ish and a bit more at 5.7%. At 7.4% I got more hints. At 10 % I got the flavour, but it was frustratingly flat. I added 2.5% Ethyl Maltol and it became lovely rich and rounded.
It’s there, it’s weak (for Inawera – but ‘average’ in comparison to some competitors) and needs a little work. But when you get there, it’s a good apricot.
