Somewhere in an eliquid flavour laboratory in the People’s Republic a flavourist, angered by his inability to replicate this Capella, is hissing his contempt “Decadent American capitalist lackeys!”
Decadent it is; richly creamy, sweet and lush with a beautiful praline taste. You can taste the nuts, a delicate caramel and you can taste that wonderful cream. Top notch stuff.
My mix:
Base 11 ml
Pralines & Cream Concentrate 3 ml
Ethyl Maltol solution 0.5 ml
PA Sweetener 0.5 ml
Total 15 ml
I prefer my mixes less sweet than some people – if you like things sweeter, up the sweetener to 0.75 ml.
Steeping
Essential – at least a week
Vapour

Throat hit
Value -commentary
Gorgeousness in a vape at 60p concentrate per 10 ml..
Use as a mixing ingredient
Would make a wonderful cake vape.
Effects on tanks and atomizers and any known ‘nasties’
