Review
I first mixed this up at 2% (5 drops into 5ml of diluted nicotine base) and it was disappointing. There was a vague bubble gum taste. But it wasn’t the big juicy flavour you’d get on putting it into your mouth, more a vague taste of what it’s like when you have chewed the living daylights out of it. Wera Garden flavours are designed for people who have some experience of mixing and my experience said this needed ethyl maltol and a bit more flavour and a steep. I also suspected that some sweetener would help give the right flavour.
I then mixed up this:
Base 5ml
Donald Bubble Gum Concentrate 0.25ml
Ethyl Maltol Solution 0.25 ml
Sweetener 0.25 ml
Thus upped the amount of flavour concentrate to 4.3% of the total volume. The result? More bubble gum and somewhere close but the flavour was still a little flat and it wasn’t sweet enough. So I changed again:
Final mix
Base 5ml
Donald Bubble Gum Concentrate 0.26ml (13 drops) 4.2% of total volume
Ethyl Maltol Solution 0.46 ml (23 drops) 7.4% of total volume
Sweetener 0.46 ml (23 drops) 7.4% of total volume
Total final volume, 6.18 ml
What does it taste like? It needs a good steep at least 4 days, but after this, it tastes like bubble gum

12p in 10 m is not bad. But you need to add another 5p for sweetener (£1.99 for 10 ml at Liberty Flights) – ethyl maltol solution is cheap as chips.
Use as a mixing ingredient
You could. You could mix the bubble gum up at a lower percentage and then add grape or mint or whatever else you wanted to flavour your bubble gum with. See what KulrMeStoopid has done in her reviews above for some of the mixes she has concocted using this.
