Plus button

Found this plus button and wondered what it does and if it's useful.
One of the things in there suggests something about a thread title hint?

only 2 in there i use is quote and strike through. no idea what the spoiler does but it mentions a title.
if you would like the 'Spoiler' button to show a title that hints at its content, enter your text here. To avoid having a title, leave the text box empty.

Does quote do anything different than the usual quote button at the bottom of a post?

nah quote is the same. i guess if you type something then want to wrap it later in a quote just highlight your text and hit the quote button.

Type a word.
Highlight it.
Then the link tab shown below opens a box for the link to be pasted into.

Same here.
Most of the time it would be highlight the word then select insert or something alike.
I gave up trying tbh then came accross it yesterday.
