Add a 10ml bottle of 18mg strength of the same flavour will make it 3mg, manabush only.
The bunkr, by the sounds of it is over strength so I'm assuming you add an unflavoured nic shot to make 3mg. Can you confirm this @ZT

To make it easy and clear for everyone, confirm the VG content so people can decide what nic base to use.
Personally, I would prefer a concentrate but this seems next best.

The VG/PG content is 50/50 on Manabush and 70/30 On bunk .. same as the originals

no plans for a concentrate at present - but who knows what the future holds
