As a request, any chance you can look into making a Lemon Meringue Pie? I've just finished the batch I got from @TheTartanSpartan before he closed his doors and it is simply amazing. Would love for a top juice maker like yourself to give it a try...

I actually have a concentrate of a lemon meringue I was going to put up :)

Will do soon enough, just being a bit careful what I do with the concentrates at the moment. I won't release any of the chopped flavours in one shots until I have had confirmation from all the shops that they have sold all their stock. Bang out of order if I release concentrates when they have hundreds of pounds worth say on their shelves they can't sell! So maybe not for a while but I'm sure at some point we can make it happen :)
