@gearbest.com i placed an order and used toward that order gb points and money from my wallet.

YOU lost my order and only refunded the actual PayPal funds used.
YOU have not refunded the money from the wallet I used neither the amount of GB points used towards that order.

YOUR rep expects me to accept the amount of 50 gb points ($1) when that amount is nowhere near what I actually used in gb points and funds from my wallet.
apparently, THAT is an EXCEPTIONAL OFFER
ARE YOU F*&KING KIDDING ME!!!!!!

YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN ABOMINATION.
RIPPING PEOPLE OFF LEFT RIGHT AND CENTRE YET YOU SEE FIT TO CONTINUE THIS!!!!

i have been told that the full refunds will not happen until i close the PayPal case. am not willing to close ANY PayPal case until refunds the total funds as i simply do not trust you. this is NOT my first rodeo with gearbest fucking me over

the usual tactics to get people to close PayPal cases first. They are already holding the wallet funds hostage and cannot be used.
Really @gearbest.com this is your resolution.
