It's said that the true test of a vendor is how they handle matters when things go wrong and Ifancyone get a 10 for how they dealt with me.
I ordered a couple of Vaporesso Revenger X kits for friends, but instead of the kits I got only the tanks.
I emailed them expecting all sorts of questions and denials, but instead I got a quick response asking me to post them back and email a copy of the receipt for a refund on the postage.
I did this on Friday and got an email yesterday saying they'd received them, together with a shipping notice for the replacements, which turned up today.
I expected the whole thing to take over a week, so 4 days including a weekend is miraculous, and a thumbs up to RM too.
