The capacity and wheelie bin symbol are printed on the wrapper, so these batteries comply with UK regulations.
The wrapper says: Maximum continuous discharge 20A - it does that easily, in fact maintains 93% capacity at 30A continuous.
Here is the graph for continuous discharge up to 60A:
The wrapper also says: Maximum discharge rate 40A, which presumably means pulse discharge. But how long is a pulse, and down to what cut off voltage?
Down to 3.2v it gave just over 2 seconds, but down to 2.5v would be well within it's capabilities. Here's the pulse discharge graph:
