It's my go to vape when I'm out and about with the kids and don't want to blow big clouds

Exactly - it's a great little secret out and abouter. Good for a few surreptitious drags at work or whatever. Not the best or most fulfilling MtL experience, but it's not going to be or designed to be (I assume).
Juice choice would be important too, I'd think, can't see subtle or nuanced flavours doing well...

As a conversation piece and occasional stealth kit, this little gizmo is near perfect...love it.

As an only or main device ? Get outta here!

Exactly! I use it with strong flavours 9 or 12 mg nicotine
I don't bother wasting expensive juice in it
