Can concentrates turn and go off?
I've got some FA brown sugar and FA pecan and cream and they both have gone very dark and quite viscous. Will they still be good to use, I mean taste test on the finger seemed fine but they look like they'd ruin the liquid and gunk the coil pretty sharpish.

They can, but they take years. The manufacturers put around 2 years from the date of bottling as a guide BB date but that’s just a guide.
However, anything sweetener laden like those two would be prone to turning more so if they’d been near heat of any description. I think.

@ZT ?

For me if I’ve had something more than 12 months it’ll go in the bin .

but yes they do go off

I've had some of my concentrates for over 4yrs and still taste fine. Some of them have darkened but look ok, ie no floating bits and smell as they should.

If I'm not sure if it's still alright to use I will mix up 5ml with no nic just to try it to make sure it's not gone too passed it's best. I usually test it on a dripper first rather than fill up a tank/pod with it.

If your still unsure, then dispose of it.
