Just Jam One Shots Concentrates - How to Mix

I have just seen these and intrigued as I like just jam and have some PG / VG that I used to use to mix my own juices.

Has anyone tried or can recommend these? And does anyone know the mix quantities you need to hit i.e. how much concentrate to use for diluent?

I've not tried them but most one shots dilute to 15-25% they normally state in the description.
