I haven't had time to read it as it's just been circulated at work.
They have introduced non-smoking areas, fines and penalties for smoking outside hospital buildings but are looking to go a step further by bringing in a certain distance from the premises; 15 metres.
I know it relates to smoking, but I imagine vaping will be caught up in it.
