hope this doesnt put a spanner in the works but i think your survey may need a rethink especially asking on vaping forums like this one.

"What brand of e-cigarette do you use?" those you mention are mostly cig-a-likes which maybe 1 or 2 out of a 1000 may use while the rest of the masses use box mods and tanks and we have over 30,000 members.
also why is elements e liquid in among that question as they are not a brand of e cigs but a eliquid supplier. if you mention them then what about the thousands of other e liquid suppliers.

Yes, your survey is weighted heavily towards cigalike products ... hardly any vapers on this forum will use those generation 1 devices, even if they started out on them.

Also, your final question:-

Nobody smokes e-cigarettes, they are VAPED not smoked.
