Why have more than one mod?

The collecting begins when vaping switches from being a purely functional way to quit smoking in to being a hobby. An entire industry has sprung up and will soon be rivalling and then overtaking big tobacco. The ability to accessorize is a massive appeal to all age groups. As Rip sez.... "Vaping is the future and the future is now".

Why do I need more than one mod? Probably the same reason my wife needs 30 pairs of shoes with matching handbags.

You cannot phrase it either way. To name a law after something the law would have to be pre-existing, as for "They should give this law a name" - that also would require a pre-existing law. I think what both of you meant was that this phenomenon should be codified as "Numpty's law"...
