ahh, thats a round about way of them saying you need a vpn to hide your internet and ip address so in other words a glorified advert.
as long as you dont go to dodgy sites or click on links in a spam email you dont know who its from then you should be quite safe.

If Norton is persisting it could be some kind of malware on your system performing a browser hijack, get yourself some malware protection(plenty of free ones out there) and run a scan on your system.

I use a restricted DTL vape using 9 mg/ml in my Kayfun V3 Mini and 12 mg/ml in a Kanger Aerotank 2. I started on 24 mg/ml a few years ago and I think I will go to 6 mg/ml and 9 mg/ml the next time a make a new batch of unflavored. Time will tell.
