Vaped 18mg 70vg nic shout

Hi all,

bit of stupid advice please... I have a valid excuse as I’m running on about an hours sleep today as my kids had me up all night!

I stupidly just vaped a 18mg nic shot (70%vg) without adding my flavoured juice...

will I come to any harm? Or is it basically like having a very strong flavourless Eliquid? just want reassurance that my hearts not going to explode or anything...

It completely OK. I used to vape 18mg/ml when I quit cigarettes 7 years ago. Then went down to 12.

Teenagers in the US vape >50mg/ml liquids.

Buzzing like a fridge if you're used to 3mg but otherwise fine.

Put 18mg in a OBS Cube (sub ohm) by mistake ... cough a lot but did no real harm

Just to clarify though... this wasn’t a shortfill e liquid... it was literally a nic shot without anything added... just a 70vg 18mg nic shot....

It's fine, it's got VG and PG in it, it just didn't have flavour.

You are still alive, I'm assuming you haven't got a headache or you felt sick as you didn't mention it.

You haven't done any harm to yourself, nor could you at that strength.

I was vaping double that nic when I first started.
