I read your posts, and I know you’ve had a very tough time of it lately. I just wanted to say, I think you should be proud of how far you’ve come. You’ve quit smoking completely, and if I remember rightly, lost a lot of weight too. Despite your recent issues, you’re doing really well, you should be proud
