18650 or 20700

Hi all, I have a smok gx2/4 And am wondering if I could use 4 x 20700 batteries instead of 4 x 18650s. Is it possible. All info appreciated.

Not unless the mod was designed to take 20700 cells, they are quite a bit bigger.
