Newbie with wrong kit?

I wasn't given the opportunity to try any kits out, just recommended the kit I ultimately bought

I'm mostly concerned about the amount of juice I'm going through. Since Sunday I've used 30ml and I don't think I've been particularly hammering it.

It is quite a lot ..... I think I was vaping about 5ml a day when I first switched, but that's 12mg liquid... now it's more like 3ml a day (still12mg)

If you want to use less liquid then a more efficient vape is possible I would defo recommend using a higher level of nicotine.

Welcome @Viva la vape If you want to replicate smoking have a look at reviews and suggestions for mouth to lung (MTL) atomisers and if you use liquid with a higher nicotine strength maybe 12 or 14mg you will take less puffs. You may find once you get into it the tank you have already bought will be something good for the future.

Welcome mate.

Sub ohm is best at around 70vg 30pg and either 3mg nic or 6mg nic. You could go 60/40 or 80/20 as well. Don't worry about the coughing, if you're anything like me it should calm down after a couple of days. I still cough on certain liquids so I've learned which ones to avoid so far.
