@ben32 Good luck with quitting the cigarettes it may seem hard to believe but it does get a lot better as the days go buy, it's one foot in front of the other one day at a time and %100 worth doing

Thanks for all the support guys it's much appreciated. Just came back from a week long family holiday and managed to keep away from the roll ups so definitely getting there.

sounds like you're doing really well mate, a week away with my family would have me reaching for the horse tranquilisers let alone the roll-ups
