Yeah sometimes it needs a big shock for you to make the right choices, I was 38 when I had the heart attack, now 42 and been enjoying being able to breathe again, soon as it happened I stopped and havent went back and that was after 22 years of smoking, now instead of struggling for breath and smelling like an ash tray, I can breathe again and smell like Custard Donuts
