Hey all,

I'm not a reviewer or an ape that questions people's intelligence!

However, I thought I would try to share some good practise :)

My griffin range is huge and I love em.

They work for me.

I have few leaks......so here goes.

In order to ensure that either the 22 or 25 griffin rbta is leak free there a few things that I have discovered that keep me happy.

I'm using Clapton coils at around 0.30ohm.

Start with a similar picture to above,

Ensure it feels like there is a little resistance but make sure that you can pull the wick back and forth comfortably,

Less is more with the griffin 22/25 Imo,

Notice how I leave the juice ring on!

Tuck the wick in from the outside and then focus on the inside!!!

Cannot stress this enough!

It's key.

Make it nice and neat on the inside and away from the air holes.

Once you've done that you should end up with a pair of moustaches that look like the above :)

Notice how the air holes are clear by a long way,

Next, pop it back together!

Ensure that you close the juice holes!

As above.

I have very few leaks using this method with the 22/25 (not the plus)

Hopefully, this will help someone who is struggling with the griffin.

Maybe not but I'm new to this!!

Happy days,

Keith

Nice and looks simple...mine are in the very back of the 'cant be arsed with these anymore' drawer.....I may pull them out and have another go but if it fails, they are likely to be flung as far away as possible. These griffin tanks make my blood boil when I go near them...it all starts well and good, end up with a nice build, lovely vape, check for no leaks over the space of an hour or so,vape again.lovely.Relax and then decide to go for another vape and the tank has pissed its contents all over the mod and all over the vape cupboard..kin things..grrrr.....

Nice tutorial that should help many, myself included, hopefully

Haha.

I know. They drive everyone mental!

I'll take em of your hands!!

But seriously, if you ensure that there is absolutely no stray fibres anywhere near the air holes and also ensure you close the juice holes when not in use they're spot on,

I love em ;)

One other thing worth noting for great wick saturation is make sure that you only have whispy strands into the juice well,

Also, make sure there is no restrictions there and the strands are 'free' so to speak,

Juice flows like a dream then but in the right direction!!!

Will give this a go as i cant wick the griffin/serpent mini25 without either too much cotten or too little, ive dumped more juice through these 2 little tanks than i care to admit. RDA's i can do but the griffin is one beast i cant tame.

Good question!!!

Cotton bacon. I've used loads of others but this is the best I've tried in these.

Love the stuff.

Kendo gold is amazing but the cotton just seems to taste too cottony (is that a word?) for my liking for too long.
