How to build your Serpent Elevate RTA
1. You need a Serpent Elevate RTA.
2. Find out a best size for the coil.(I prefer #6)
3.Instal the coil
4.Instal the cotton
5.Cut the cotton
6. Put in the cotton
7.Wet the cotton
8.Filling the juices
You only need 33 words, Then you got an Elevated Flavor on it.
