DOVPO UK Service introduction

Hello POTV

The Dovpo UK Service has been set up since January 2021.

My primary function is to make the link between the UK and Dovpo China more accessible.

Should in the unfortunate event your Dovpo device fails whilst under warranty I’m able to facilitate a warranty exchange far quicker than the international warranty system were the exchange could take weeks due to postage constraints.

I’m also a UK based resource to offer help and guidance related to the use of Dovpo products or able to use a direct line to get the information needed from the team in China.

The UK Service also offers a repair service for Dovpo products labour is free but parts and postage may be chargeable.

We also champion the vape industries only Recycling Scheme were you can trade in your old Dovpo device for discounts at the store. The donated product will then be either stripped for parts or recycled correctly. What’s more these recycled parts are offered free to customers who need them helping your community out.

Dovpo UKs aim on POTV is to show that we are a trusted, loyal brand in in the UK were we want to support our community with first class service and hopefully removing barriers to make Dovpo a more accessible brand.

You will see posts of new and existing products as well as pre release information. But we will also share POTV based sales and discounts as time goes on.

We will also try to interact more directly with UK vapers as you are our community and your opinions matter. Yes we get things wrong but it’s how we make things right is what matters.

I’m not a vape shop, electronics shop, marketing specialist etc and I came on board under the Loyal Fan Scheme, luckily my day job allows me to be involved in something I’m deeply passionate about and really enjoy doing which is vaping and being part of the bigger picture.

Wish this had been here before I threw my topside dual at a wall and finished it of with a hammer. Loved it, but the customer service I got from retailer was awful.

No mate, I binned it. Shame really, it put me off, plus the retailer who is a fairly well known name, is off my list.
I liked the mod, but once bitten and all that

Yeah fair doo’s faulty product and bad supplier is a turnoff for anyone tbh.

I’m hoping to get a few Topsides to sell here as some sort of Dovpo flash sale type thing so you might be able to get one directly from me/Dovpo in a couple of weeks. All bought via the main site etc .


But yeah feel your pain.

I’m hoping to get a few Topsides to sell here as some sort of Dovpo flash sale type thing so you might be able to get one directly from me/Dovpo in a couple of weeks. All bought via the main site etc .

I'll keep an eye out for that. it was the best squonker I've used tbh.

It’s a good one to be fair there is only about 3 good Squonkers out there to be fair there all good but overall I think the Topside is a bit better.

We’re hoping to have a bit of a look at it see what improvements we can make in a couple of months.

Hopefully I’ll get them to put a juice shield over the pcb cos leaks happen. Also a rigid wider bore internal squonk tube that can support a better coupling. There are a few improvements tbf that could be done that shouldn’t impact its origins

I contacted the vendor who replied " buy new batteries" those 3 words, nothing else, zip, nada.

I replied to them, but they just ignored me.

Real shame, as it tainted my thoughts of Dovpos kit.
I know you get rogue mods, but I really liked it, but despite that, never replaced it.
