Got a problem with Nautilus Prime X

Morning All :)

Any one else had this with a Nautilus Prime X? This one is 4 weeks old. :(
Picked it up to have a vape and saw this Screen. Changed 18650, still the same. Plugged USB in and everything works again. Removed USB and..... Back to "Check USB" again. So basically it only works if plugged in to Mac via USBC.

Strange eh?
