What's new

the end of dodgy chinese fakes? hope so!!

To be fair all that would change is there'd be no logos, which large proportions would be happy about anyway

wishful thinking Sam but it'll never happen imo

theyve been copying stuff for donkey's years so why stop now

where there's a market there'll be a supplier ;)

As I see it, it's just another attack on the EU citizens right to choose.

And before you all hammer me into the ground.

If what you are buying, states that it is a clone/fake item, and the price reflex's that, then that is your choice to buy it or not.
On the other hand, if it is a fake/clone and being passed off as genuine, with a price tag to match, then yes seize it.
And yes logos etc. on fake/cloned goods need to be removed.

And every country does it don't they, not just the Chinese. Isn't Tesco or Sainsbury's cola a fake/clone of someone else's. With only a slight difference in the ingredients, and a name change. They where both made at Wells soft drinks in Northampton. Where I used to work.

You better get rid of those off-branded LCD tv's and ASDA or TESCO branded small appliances too!

Oh and that would mean people actually would have to TM and prove copyright to said items in order to take part in this :P

Not the Tescos cola! Hehe. Can't see this changing much really
