What's new

San Francisco

And yet the city is full of meth-heads and the streets paved in human feces. How about they concern themselves on preventing kids from inadvertently stepping on a fucking needle or a meth-head's shit before worrying about e-cigs. America really is fast becoming the most corrupt country on earth. What a bunch of fucking imbeciles. "LAND OF THE FREE", fucking sure. Glad there is a big fucking pond keeping us segregated from that gaggle of absolute fucking clowns.

America really is fast becoming the most corrupt country on earth.

Certainly aligns with my perception, but not borne out by evidence: https://www.transparency.org/cpi2018

The BBC news website is quite positive about vaping from reading the article (and related links) today. Its mentioned a few times thats it much less harmful

The piece just on BBC news 24 had this Aaron twat spouting about the unknown long term effects of Vaping and the interviewer gave him far more time than the pro Vaping guy BBC bias as usual.

I do wonder if it wasn't for the market dominance of Juul (largely tobacco company owned) in the US whether there would be less opposition. The tobacco companies don't exactly have a squeaky clean history. Some of it is also clearly an attack on the FDA too... Of course a lot of the money for the anti-vape lobby comes from the makers of Nicotine gum... It's a murky business.

Right on target.
It is estimated there are 11 million vapers in the US.
Although that number may be slightly overblown, it's a lost opportunity for big pharma, worth a significant amount of money.
And they are very powerful contributors to political campaigns.

So is the tobacco lobby.
