I felt the pain... I had about 20 parcels to post out. Cost me £70. One was big (£9) and then £3.10 per standard second class small parcel.

I'm sure it was about £5-6 last time I sent a parcel of that size.

Probably why a lot of businesses are using Hermes and other cheap couriers now even though some of them are unreliable.
