@3dj
Is this the same one you gave Mrs3dj
They are multiplying Dunc.

Another parcel today, not even going to open it (yet), surely this is some sort of identity fraud scam, name, address, etc.

Read my link I posted earlier. It's called a pushing scam and yes your details are being used to leave fake 5* reviews on every item you receive.

2 weeks without a peep since I rang Amazon. You need to go e them one of the codes on the boxes otherwise they will just say it's a gift from a friend. When they checked my code they could then see I did not order it but it was using my details. Then they escalated it and the parcels stopped

Just rang them, bit difficult as could hardly understand the operative (same thing other way I expect).Quoted the long numbers and it's going to be sorted next couple of weeks, advised to refuse to accept any more parcels from the courier, they'll love that then. Thanks very much for the help :)

your welcome. after the call i only had two more on the sunday and then nout for past 2 weeks.
chap i spoke too was a south african and he had no clue so spoke to his supervisor. an hour later i got an email from their fraud dept with an appology and said i may get more so either keep give away or refuse.

Just received this email, it's always good to have a bit of paperwork.

Hello Andrew,

This is Melvin from Amazon.co.uk and it was pleasure assisting you today!'

I'm sorry for the continued unexpected deliveries. Our specialised team will investigate this internally.

Keep in mind you may continue to receive unwanted deliveries while a solution is implemented. There is no need to return the items

You're welcome to keep, donate, or dispose of them, whichever option is most convenient for you.

mine had refuse as well @andi52 but im guessing they might have removed that cos there must be thousands around the uk and i bet their drivers are getting pissed off having refusals as its more paperwork for them.
apart from that same email i got on the saturday. 2 more deliveries on the sunday then they stopped altogether.

Got an iphone 5 replacement battery & a headphone jack this morning, all special delivery & signed for, complete tat, went in the bin
