Hey guys, I've just checked on our email server we haven't had an email regarding SDS/MSDS sheets for flavours, can you please send it to [email protected] and we will get that picked up for you. Sorry that no one got back to you!

I have sent two mails to [email protected] since 17.October.

They did ask you to send your email to 'sales' and not 'support', maybe that's why? Try firing your email off to the address they've asked you to and see if you get a reply then [emoji1303]

I sent a email to [email protected] the 12th November so that can’t be the reason.

There's a typo in that address in case you copy and pasted, no e after the p in vapable
