We have all seen, heard and experienced some of the difficulties allied to the sweeping changes going on with PayPal.
I have spoken with The Boss @OccultScientist about alternatives for those of us whom have been affected by all this nonsense and we are now making a Change to The Rules regarding Payments for items listed in The Classified Sections.
From Now On..... if you feel comfortable doing so, you can use BACS (Bank Transfer). POTV will NOT be responsible when it comes to having to make any refunds etc, but we felt that we needed to relax the previous rules re Bank Transfer.
I am sure that most of us are more than familiar with the whole concept of Digital Banking, so hopefully this will now help us all conduct transactions without being tied to PayPal.
