So today I received this from Amazon a phone case for a huge phone that I definitely did not order

Plus when it arrived the Mrs thought I had lovingly ordered her a new phone case as her old one got lost

Of course I hadn't so now she's disappointed and Amazon has made me look inattentive and thoughtless

I wondered If it was a feed back thing.
Someone said previously it maybe a way of advertising through feed back.
