shortfills are ready made and you just add nic shots.
one shots are ready mixed concentrates which cut out all the faff of finding something that works and you just add vg/pg/nic

Captain Custard from Chef's is great, but I don't even buy one shots anymore since I discovered FlavourArt Custard Premium.... 4% + what ever you like... Oh yeah.
