Serpent Mini SMM 4ml? 2ml? TPD?

The Serpent Mini 25 I got from fastech is the same. Claims tpd compliant on the box. I was surprised so checked the registration code online, to find that the 22mm is the one that is compliant.

They use the same box for both. Then put a 25mm sticker on the larger version.

God bless the TPD and the TRPR. Where would we be without them?

If I am really honest other than the annoyance of multipack 10ml bottles it genuinely hasn't made a jot of difference. There are plenty of vendors simply ignoring it.
