Hi clever vaping people,

I'm currently using a volcano inferno ego style thing and as much as I love it I really want to try one of these stunning mod devices... The issue: I have no idea what I'm doing...

I'm liking the looks of this: http://www.vapeescape.co.uk/new-provari-mini-v2.5~435

So... Ill need a couple of the 18350 batteries from this page:
http://www.vapeescape.co.uk/efest-protected-batteries~518

And this charger:

Liking the look of this in purple (I do a lot of painting and have some stunning metallic purple paint for the body):

Will this fit and what cartos do I need?

This drip tip looks nice:

Is that all I'd need?

Thanks in advance for your much needed help :)

Expensive but highly rated Variable Voltage device, so a good choice. A Vamo has similar functions at around £30 tho.

I find 18350's don't last long, but yes you'll need batteries. Consider 18650's as well, they're more than twice the capacity so will last longer.

And this charger:

Excellent choice. Has built in protection so you probably won't burn the house down.

Vivi novas have the 510 thread. I believe the Provari is also 510 so it should be a straight screw-on. You might also want an adapter to change it to eGo threads tho at approx £2, so you can use other atty's as required.
You don't need carto's, the Vivi Nova is it's own tank system. Obviously you can have carto's as well/instead if you want.

The Vivi Novas come with a drip tip, so you don't need one. But buy it if you fancy it, it'll fit.

Is that all I'd need?

Yep, you're good to go. Also consider the iclear 30, or the Kanger Protank as alternative heads, it's good to have a change or some spares.

Thanks in advance for your much needed help :)

Hope I'm not misleading you there, I'm quite a newbie myself.

Provape reccomend aw batteries in provaris and whilst there is absolutely nothing wrong with efests from what I've heard, I believe it would void your warranty if they found out. The chances of anything going wrong is pretty small in a provari but worth bearing in mind. I use the full sized one and I love it, it just keeps on going as good as day one so I highly recommend them. Plus if you don't like it you can resell and would get most of your money back on it.
xtar chargers are also really good, never had a problem with mine and you don't often hear of them failing.
lets face it, everything looks better in purple :D

Ideal!!! Looking forward to payday now :D

Thanks for your advice!!

Tbh, i would def buy a vamo v2, It basicly does the same job. Ofc, the Provari looks a bit bether but is it rly worth the money?
I recieved my vamo 3 weeks ago, it rocks!!

And, the vamo can be used as a "mini" version aswell ;)

But then again, if you would like to spend that kind of money on a mod. Its up to you.

this is a very good point. The provari will just keep on going, what ever the weather im out in and how ever many times ive dropped it, it's out lasted all my other stuff and still looks and performs like new so it's a good long term investment, but it's not a bad idea to try a cheaper mod first to make sure you like having vv or vw. It took me just over a year to finally jump in and buy such an expencive bit of kit but I'd tried vv mods (lavatubes) so I knew I'd like it. On the other hand there are plenty of folks who swear by the simplicity of a good quality mech mod. It's all about finding your own vaping style. We are lucky these days that there is so much choice :)

If you look at the price on the Vamo v.s the price on the Provari, and if you break 1 vamo each year. It would still be cheaper to buy the vamo on long term, beacus you will buy a new mod later on anyways. And this is beacus new mods are made too often.

I do see your point on that... Ill probably go for the vamo but struggling to find a uk vendor with the v3... Does the vape industry suffer with rip off products much?

I would agree to go for a cheaper one at the moment. I started on a vamo, then a zmax and now a provari (well two actually). I use the provari a lot but I would always recommend a cheaper one at first, like a zmax or the telescopic. I have an ehpro tzmax and it rocks, nice and small in 18350. And a lovely menu system.
