Looking to Identify an Old E-Cigarette

I am trying to find out the identity of an e-cigarette. It came, as standard, with a rotating drip tip, and looked more like a cigarette case than a conventional mod. I believe that it was an all-in-one device, but can't find an image or name for it no matter where I look. Can anyone help me with this?

Rotating drip tip sounds like the Innokin iClear 30.

Cigarette case...? Maybe the Innokin VTR?
