Is that on DTL?

You'll likely want stronger on MTL - personally I was using 3mg DTL and went up to 10-12mg for MTL when I changed, then ramped it down to my current 4.5mg...

Just a thought to throw in - I don't know many companies that produce shortfills geared up for high(er) nic MTL usage...

how many pg shots would I need to add to get 53/47 ?

The shortfills from "7 Daze" are 60VG/40PG. You should get pretty close to 50/50 with a PG nic-shot.
