Big andy tells me there is a Games room with pool table, A dining room that we will convert to pub type seating, a lounge that connects to the dining room and in the courtyard a couple of meeting type rooms with worktops etc where we could go for building coils, cleaning tanks atty's etc, so even on the night there will be some options for everyone to move around and be out of the way of the main noise...
