Hello,
I found a nice offer at Vapenu.eu as well and I guess nobody posted it before.
They are a new online shop, physically based in The Netherlands. I've found some nice liquids in a decent price.
What's the biggest advantage is the fact, that they are sending to every country in EU and delivery isn't pricey as well - once you buy for 75€ then it's for free.
