SXK chip instructions

Have loaned a unit from @TartanSpartan and have somehow managed to turn the damn screen off.
How do I get the display turned back on?

... and does anyone have a link to a set of instrucitons, or a legible image?

Thanks @MavicP but no ... that file contains the DNA chip instructions not the SXK.

Have saved those shots, thanks, that's incredibly useful.

As it happens, taking the battery out for a while also reset it. Phew!
