Instead of kitchen towel I use cooker hood filter which was far better, though I suspect it might be too thick for the Vapesnail, it worked a charm for the standard Boro but not for my clear boro as it pushed the panel out slightly.

I recently stripped a genuine BB for someone and there was no evidence of juice reaching the board at all which was pretty impressive, the pin housing was sealed tighter than a nuns chuff and (the SXK is a loose fit) the only real difference I saw on the genuine chassis, the only other difference was the +/- board which has 4 wires.

I’m doing mine tonight. I suspect that would be too thick for the snail sadly

Some decent quality kitchen roll will probably work fine. Heard a couple of people on here talk about the Regina brand, saying it was the best available.

Kitchen roll cut out, double folded and inserted.

Ironically, when I took the snail out this time it was bone dry behind it. Maybe I did accidentally overfill earlier, but better to be safe (or as safe as you can be) than sorry
