I've looked but I can not find any reference to Hana Mods taking out a claim against a UK vendor. If the gossip is true has anybody got a link? Ta.

I've got copies of documents relating to HM taking action for (TM) infringement in the States - but someone told me a UK Vendor was at the end of a piece of legal action too.

What he's saying though, his beliefs about clones kinda sums it up. I know he gets under the skin of some people but i hear sense coming out of his mush a lot of the time. Fair play like.

I own an original Hana Modz DNA30. I would have no problem buying this device. Its 1/3 the price of the original Hana. I do agree lose the Hana logo. Is it as good as the original? probably not, but it's pretty close. knowing it wasn't a bank breaker, it wouldn't be hard to give it up if I didn't like it.
