@Dorset Is it a hcigar vt75 nano by any chance? I had many issues with this. Try getting some tweezers and unscrewing the top 510 plate completely. Clean up the threads then tighten it back down. Then tighten it another quarter turn. Try this and just keep your eye on it. Should sort your problems

Yep - now on its way back to China. They finally issued a RMA after I asked wtf I was supposed to video - and with what. They are sending a replacement. Tried for my money back or a credit - no way.

I'll try your 'fix' when the new one goes wrong.
